Refunds & Returns


At Amazing Graze Flowers, we are committed to delivering the freshest flowers possible. Our drivers photograph every delivery to ensure quality and safe arrival.

Important Note: Flowers are perishable products. Because of this, we do not accept returns on delivered orders.

Damaged or Wilted Flowers If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from the ordered arrangement, please contact us on the same day of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the flowers

We will review the photos and arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund/store credit on a case-by-case basis. Replacement is only possible if we can collect the original arrangement when delivering the new one.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us on the same day of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos.
  3. Keep the flowers available if a replacement is requested.
