Can I get same-day flower delivery?Delivery

Yes! Place your order before 3PM Monday–Saturday and we'll deliver the same day. Business addresses are delivered by 5pm and home addresses by 9pm. Need it faster? Premium Priority Delivery is available at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?Payments

We charge a flat fee of $19.95 for delivery across Melbourne, Geelong and Mornington. Orders over $120 enjoy free delivery. Premium Priority Delivery (jump the queue) is available for $40.

Where do you deliver?Delivery

We deliver to over 300 suburbs across Melbourne, plus Sydney, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. Use the Check Same-Day Delivery to Your Area tool in the header to confirm your postcode instantly, or see our Delivery Suburbs page.

Can I add a free card message?Orders

Absolutely — every order includes a complimentary handwritten gift card. Add your message (up to 250 characters) on the product page or in your cart, or tap one of our quick templates for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Get Well, New Baby or Condolences.

What if my flowers arrive damaged?Returns

We stand behind every stem with our 100% Freshness Guarantee. If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, contact us on the day of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement (collected when we deliver the new arrangement) or, where replacement isn't possible, a refund or store credit. How do I order for a hospital or apartment?Delivery

Hospitals: flowers are delivered to reception — please include the ward and recipient details, and note some hospitals have specific delivery hours.
Apartments: include the recipient's mobile number and unit number, and let us know if there's a concierge who can accept the flowers.

How do I keep my flowers fresh for longer?Flower Care

Five simple steps: 1) Recut stems at an angle on arrival, 2) use a clean vase with fresh water, 3) change the water every two days, 4) keep out of direct sunlight, 5) avoid drafts and air-conditioning. Every bouquet travels with hydration gel — remove it before placing in the vase.

Do you accept Afterpay?Payments

Yes — pay in 4 interest-free fortnightly payments with Afterpay on orders $1–$2,000. Just select Afterpay at checkout. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay and UnionPay.

Can you do weddings, events and corporate flowers?Orders

Can I leave delivery instructions?Delivery

Yes — add instructions at checkout. For home deliveries, tell us if it's safe to leave flowers at the front porch. Please note that if you request "leave if no answer", we can't accept responsibility once the flowers are left. Our drivers photograph each delivery as proof of safe arrival.
