What Are Your Delivery Times?
Our deliveries are between 9am to 6pm every day 7 days a week. We cannot give specific times of delivery as we have multiple deliveries throughout the day across Melbourne. If you do require a specific time for delivery please contact us via email or on 03 9374 2929 as soon as possible. We will endeavour to meet your requirements.
How Does Same Day Delivery Work?
We provide Same Day Flower Delivery across Melbourne up to 12pm every day Monday to Sunday.
Make sure you place your order online before the 12pm Cut-off time so you can receive your order the same day.
Can I Pick Up?
Yes absolutely! Just enter our address (5 Keilor Road, Essendon 3040) at checkout and in the notes on the cart page just specify a time you would like to pick up your flowers. If you require an urgent bouquet please call us on 03 9374 2929

How Do I Track My Order?
Once our driver has received your flowers you will receive a text message with live tracking and ETA of the delivery of your flowers. Once delivered our driver will take a few pictures of the bouquet and location for proof of delivery.
Remember our deliveries are between 9am-6pm unless specified.
Paying For Your Order?
We have multiple ways for paying for your beautiful flowers online and in-store. Credit card and Paypal are our most popular forms of payment online but if you wish to make instalments please use Afterpay.
Can I Pre-Order Flowers
Yes absolutely! When ordering online you can select a future delivery date or arrange a pick-up. Just specify your pre-order requirements and we will endeavour to fulfil them.
Can I Change My Delivery address?
Of course you can! Please give us enough notice by calling us on 03 9374 2929, email email@example.com or use our chat function on the website.
Can I Edit My Order?
Yes you can! We know mistakes can happen or circumstances change. If you need to edit your order for any reason please send us an update via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: 03 9374 2929 quoting your order number starting with AGF.
