Hi Michele, thank you for your review. Russell here from Amazing Graze Flowers, I'm rather disappointed with the 3 star review based on the delivery fee you've mentioned. You purchased from us knowing we're based in Essendon which is around 68km+ to Officer. The cost of your delivery was $68.20 which is actually far cheaper than any Uber or Taxi service which would usually cost in excess of $105+. The cost of delivery was also shown at the checkout giving you the option to cancel the shopping process. You chose to proceed based on the fact that it was far convenient and cheaper than any other florist in Melbourne. You did mention that our 'Flowers and service were amazing' and I appreciate that but please don't be disappointed because you wanted convenience over cost. Based on that, how can we make the delivery process more transparent and streamlined giving you a better customer experience? We're genuinely wanting to know so we can improve our business and provide a better service to our customers. Kind Regards, Russell Brooks
